The sustained treatment has definitely slowed Jean’s deterioration.
Jean has had Multiple Sclerosis for a number of years but there have been 7 years of gradual deterioration. Jean did get assistance from the NHS but when this came to an end we felt more could be done to at least slow down the worst aspects of her MS deterioration. I was very aware that this would be a long term investment requiring commitment from everyone. Rob has always been gentle and patient, understanding Eileen’s condition well; that patience and Rob’s wealth of experience has subsequently made Eileen feel more confident about her ability, this has also impacted upon me, her full time carer, and the wider family. It is important to understand there is no quick fix to this debilitating condition but the weekly physiotherapy has provided a plateau of stability from which we can have some sort of truncated lifestyle. We unreservedly recommend Notts Neuro Physio, what Eileen has achieved would not have been possible without their help.
