Nottingham Neurological Physiotherapy is managed by Rob Tucker, a specialist neurological physiotherapist. NNP also has a team of experienced physiotherapists, a physiotherapy assistant and personal trainer who excel in the treatment and management of neurological conditions.

Rob loves to swim, thanks to his two children who are keen swimmers he has rediscovered his swimming passion and returned to entering a few competitions. Rob is also passionate about treating those with a neurological conditions; his dedication and enthusiasm ensure his patients achieve positive results. Rob especially enjoys treating balance issues, he’s known for his innovation approaches to treat balance problems and sprinkling his sessions with humour.

Leela graduated in Edinburgh and began her career there before returning to England to specialise in Neurological Physiotherapy. She enjoys working with people affected by all Neurological conditions and has experience in both acute and community settings. Leela is excited to be working with NNP and helping clients achieve their goals at home. Out of work Leela is kept busy with her family, and in rare free time loves getting away on day trips with the children, attempting to keep fit and going to the theatre.

Sharon Meldrum

Associate Physiotherapist Sharon Meldrum (MCSP) has worked in neurological rehabilitation for over 25 years! She has a particular interest in Multiple Sclerosis and Vestibular Disorders.

Sharon is a green fingered lady managing an allotment to grow fruit and veg with a friend and tackles her wild back garden with her husband. Sharon also loves to go dingy sailing with her family and has dabbled in dragon boat racing!

Physiotherapy Assistant & Personal Trainer

Lisa Tucker (BA Hons, MSc) is a physiotherapy assistant who supports the treatment provided by the physiotherapists. Under supervision of the lead physio, Lisa will assist you to undertake an exercise programme to progress your movement, posture, coordination and balance.

Lisa is also a level 4 personal trainer and nutrition advisor qualified to work individuals with additional needs.

For over 15 years Lisa was an Occupational Therapist in the NHS and has gained a wealth of experience working with older adults including individuals with neurological conditions.
