I have clear targets which helps me manage my condition.
I was recently diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis but have been waiting for a diagnosis for a while and was frustrated with my mobility deteriorating and not doing anything about it. Rob has been working with me to build up my strength and coordination and I am able to practise the exercises in between the sessions. I enjoy the treatment being tailored exactly to my symptoms and having a focused, consistent plan of treatment. I have clear targets which help me to manage my condition and it feels positive to be taking action. The exercises do more that work your muscles; it stimulates me mentally as well and gives me a sense of achievement.
